DataDirector is Paritech's downloading software for LSE data. Developed by Paritech's programmers, this software is simple and easy to use.

For applications such as MetaStock and OmniTrader, DataDirector will download and append data directly to the historical database. Downloading and updating is completed in a fraction of the time provided by competitive products.

Installation is simple, simply place the CD-ROM containing the program into your computer's CD-ROM drive and follow the screen prompts.

Database Wizard

Once installed, the software uses a Wizard to help set up the data format. On screen prompts and a series of simple questions guide you through this procedure.

Historical Data Import

Historical data can be easily installed from the CD-ROM using the built in Install History program.

End of Day Data

End of day data can be easily downloaded by specifying the date required to download and clicking the download button. Multiple formats for different software programs can also be downloaded at the same time, elimating the need for multiple downloads (note for users of both MetaStock and OmniTrader, only one format needs to be selected, as these programs use the same format).

Portfolio

For advanced users, a selection of securities can be selected to download into a portfolio (folder) of selected shares, or a text file for import into your favourite portfolio management software.
