Manually Running the Movies
Although the multimedia training CD comes with an easy to use
navigational movies, some customers may wish to run each of the
movies manually by selecting them. Although this can be done in a
number of ways, the following explains how to do this by using the
Run command on your computer.
- Close the MS_TRAIN program down (if it is running) by clicking
on Exit.
- Click the Start button in the bottom left of your
computer and select Run.
- Click the Browse button and navigate to your CD-ROM
drive (by clicking on the down arrow to the right of the look-in
box near the top of the window and clicking on My Computer and
then on the CD-ROM drive).
- Open up the scrncam folder by double clicking on this.
- You
will then see the individual lessons with names like ch4i and
lesson18. Names like ch4i are the introduction to chapter 4. Names
like lesson18 are the movie for lesson 18. Select the movie that
you wish to view, then click on Open and then click on OK to run
the movie.
